Please be advised that starting November 13th PST, having the TeamViewer application active will force the Elsword Game Client to close. As such, we advise against its use.
You may need to check the following section to make sure TeamViewer is currently not running on your computer.
1. System Tray
2. Task Manager (Process)
In case Elsword still won’t run or can’t connect to the game, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
