To those players who are experiencing the issue where the Crimson Tower of Howling Flames was not being cleared, please make sure that the client you are using is the latest version.
Players whose clients are not updated will not be able to play Crimson Tower of Howling Flames (Story/Normal). Players may reconnect after closing the game or please download the latest version and login once again to the correct version.
